Who you are

Professional experience in strategy consulting, business development, or project management, ideally with a top-tier consulting firm or a high-growth start-up
Proven track record of driving complex projects to successful completion
Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, able to “connect the dots” and translate ideas into action plans
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable presenting to senior leadership and diverse audiences
Self-starter with a tech-savvy mindset, adaptable to a fast-paced environment, and quick to learn new tools and processes

What the job involves

Horizons is a millennial network with a mission to broaden members' horizons and foster meaningful connections. Our 125 members, have significant family offices and/or leading founders, are associated with over £160bn in assets and have collectively founded seven unicorn businesses
We’ve welcomed over 275 inspiring speakers so far, including Bill Gates and David Cameron, Horizons is dedicated to creating intimate, lively discussions independent of financial services. In addition to our core activities, we are proud to have contributed over £1m to charity
As we expand, we are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented individual to join our team to manage special projects
Strategic Project Management:
Lead and execute strategic projects, including business development, digital product development, CRM implementation, and international expansion
Ensure project timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met with precision and efficiency
Create detailed project plans, assign responsibilities, track progress, and provide regular updates to the CEO and co-founders
Connecting the dots: "Connect the dots" and follow-up on tasks and actions with various stakeholders (e.g. members, prospective members, speakers and other friends of Horizons)
Strategic Support:
Provide executive support to the CEO on special projects, offering research, analysis, and strategic recommendations
Proactively follow up on action items discussed in leadership meetings and ensure timely completion
Anticipate and identify issues, bottlenecks, and opportunities, recommending solutions for continuous improvement
