Role
Who you are
- Intapp is looking for intellectually curious, self-motivated professionals who like to get hands-on to contribute to the overall success of the business and their team
- 8+ years in B2B product marketing, solutions marketing, or a related GTM role in enterprise SaaS, including ownership of go-to-market for an AI, data, or platform product, not just its messaging
- CRM and agentic AI experience. Financial services domain expertise. Working fluency in private capital and investment banking workflows (deal sourcing, fundraising, LP coverage, pipeline management, and M&A advisory), enough to build credible use cases and enablement for sellers who face dealmakers daily. This role needs solution-level fluency, not a published industry voice; our Industry Marketing team owns deep thought leadership
- Experience taking packaging and pricing to the field. You've launched or evolved tiers, bundles, or usage-based models, and you know how to arm sellers to handle pricing objections without discounting the story
- A client- and field-centric launch record. You build a listening loop into every launch, combining quantitative signals (win/loss, usage, adoption) with qualitative feedback from sellers and clients, and turn what you hear into sharper positioning, packaging, and product decisions
- A builder's mindset. You've launched a new offer or motion inside an established business, iterated it weekly on field feedback, and are comfortable shipping before the playbook feels finished
- Exceptional storytelling for technical products. You can turn an agentic AI platform and a credit-based commercial model into a clear, confident narrative for senior buyers and for sellers
- Cross-functional leadership without direct authority across Product, Pricing, Sales, and Marketing, in an environment where priorities shift fast
- Hands-on experience with CRM and agentic AI platforms, with the fluency to speak credibly to both categories in seller and buyer conversations
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
What the job involves
- You'll own the go-to-market for our financial services solutions portfolio, serving private capital markets (PCM) and investment banking and advisory (IB&A) firms
- That means standing up the net-new Celeste motion while extending the proven DealCloud foundation
- DealCloud is established, trusted, and deeply embedded in how these firms work; pairing it with new AI ways of working, new packages, and new pricing constructs is how we redefine the CRM category
- Expect the pace and ambiguity of an early-stage motion, backed by the category leader's distribution, client relationships, and data advantages
- This is a Director-level role reporting to the VP of Solutions Marketing, with a team supporting the motion
- You'll work where product strategy, positioning, and field enablement meet, turning platform capability into a repeatable financial services solutions motion, and turning field signal back into sharper positioning, packaging, and product decisions
- Own positioning and messaging for our financial services offering (PCM and IB&A). Translate platform capabilities into deal-lifecycle value stories across fundraising, deal sourcing, screening, pipeline management, investor coverage, and exits. Build the competitive story for how Intapp wins
- Take packaging and pricing to market. Partner with Product, Pricing, and Sales on packages, tiers, and commercial constructs, including usage-based mechanics such as AI credits, with field-ready talk tracks, guardrails, and objection handling that reinforce cost predictability and business value
- Build the seller motion. Own the qualification frameworks and pre-qualification questions that tell sellers what to sell, to whom, when, and when to bring in specialist teams
- Drive solution-level field assets. Deliver pitch decks, demo narratives, and competitive positioning from launch through sustained adoption, keep them current as packaging and the market evolve, and support Enablement on field activation
- Run the field feedback loop. Capture objections, win/loss patterns, and adoption signals from live client conversations, and channel them into positioning, packaging, pricing, and roadmap decisions
- Orchestrate launches end to end. Own the marketing strategy and readiness across Product, Pricing, Sales, Marketing, and post-sales. Define and track the metrics that show GTM effectiveness and business impact, then act on what they tell you
- Connect the financial services solutions GTM pod. Partner with Industry Marketing on narrative and thought leadership, the Celeste platform product marketing lead on cross-industry positioning and commercial model design, and Demand Generation and Enablement on campaigns and training
- Lead the team. Develop and mentor two to three junior team members supporting Celeste and DealCloud across Intapp's industries, and model what great product marketing looks like in a fast-moving motion
