What the job involves

Cint is looking for a Sales Development Representative to join the team to develop and engage in crucial, early stage conversations with prospective clients to generate excitement in Cint’s capabilities
You will be the first Sales Development Representative to join the team and will play a key role in the team’s growth and success
Identify and generate a minimum number of qualified leads per month
Utilize CRM and sales enablement tools to manage, track and report on sales pipeline
Collaborate with the sales directors and marketing to develop effective lead generation strategies
Develop, test & execute targeted outreach campaigns using multiple channels to generate interest in Cint's solutions
Keep abreast of the latest developments in Cint’s services and technologies
Engage in early-stage conversations with prospects with the aim of assessing if there is a need and fit for Cint’s services and technologies
