- 5+ years of hands-on experience in AWS cloud infrastructure and solving
- Strong Linux administration skills and proven understanding of networking and data management
- Proficient in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, especially using GitLab
- Skilled in containerization technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm
- Experience deploying applications to Kubernetes clusters
- Familiarity with security and code analysis tools like Semgrep and BlackDuck
- Proficient in scripting languages such as Groovy, Bash, or Python
- Hands-on experience with monitoring tools like Datadog
- Consistent track record of delivering in Agile environments
- Comfortable working with a wide range of open-source tools
- A commitment to delivering high-quality, scalable solutions that meet business needs

What the job involves
- We are seeking a Lead Reliability Engineer to join our dynamic Product Engineering team within TradeAgent Equities
- Working with the Senior Lead Reliability Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and maintaining a resilient, cloud-native infrastructure that powers our equities matching and confirmation services
- Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure with a focus on availability, stability, and reliability
- Lead incident response efforts, including root cause analysis and on-call support
- Handle complex application stacks across multiple AWS environments
- Drive cost optimization and performance improvements across the platform
- Champion Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) methodologies and mentor others in their adoption
- Automate cloud resource deployment to ensure high availability, scalability, and security
- Implement and maintain pipelines, enabling perfect deployments from development to production
- Collaborate with product teams to define deployment strategies and support proof-of-concept initiatives
- Provide technical guidance and support to development teams on infrastructure and DevOps practices
