Role
Who you are
- 5 - 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, with a strong track record in enterprise and/or partner sales
- Experience in a senior commercial leadership role, such as Sales Director or Commercial Lead, where you've built and guided successful teams
- You are an inclusive, motivating leader who enjoys developing people and driving performance in fast-paced environments
- You feel energized by creating clarity and structure in dynamic, high-growth settings
- You communicate fluently in France (Native level) and English, with the ability to navigate different cultural contexts effectively
- Based in Paris (or open to relocating) and willing to travel occasionally to our HQ in Aarhus
What the job involves
- Formalize is on a scaling journey with significant traction across Europe
- You’ll be taking the lead in opening our brand-new Paris office, you’ll shape our market expansion and build a high-performing, cross-functional team across Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Marketing – your opportunity to take ownership and lead something special from the ground up
- Build and lead a collaborative and high-performing commercial team (Sales Development, Account Executives, Partner Management)
- Own the full commercial agenda and P&L for the France/Benelux region
- Open and lead our new Paris office, becoming a cultural anchor for a purpose-driven team
- Shape our go-to-market strategy, execution, and local presence from day one
- Collaborate closely with our CRO and fellow international leaders to scale a values-driven business
- Partner with global firms like PwC, BDO, and BearingPoint — and support customers such as Honda Bank, Crypto, Oberösterreichische Versicherung, ARD Gruppe, Almdudler, and Manner
- We already have a strong foundation in the France/Benelux region, with 10 talented colleagues covering France/Benelux from our offices in Aarhus (DK) and Madrid (ES)
- You’ll work directly with the CRO and be a key part of the leadership team scaling a category-leading company in one of Europe’s fastest-growing SaaS segments

Our take
There is a large movement to make workplaces more equipped for employee comfort and satisfaction. This includes an employees ability to file a complaint or raise a matter of concern without the fear it’ll taint their reputation or work environment no matter the scale of the issue.
Formalize - formerly Whistleblower's - platform has a simple reporting portal in which employees can report anonymously via a written report or a voice-distorting telephone report. Companies can then view reports raised on a case management dashboard, all of which is designed with high privacy and security. The EU has recently released a new whistleblower directive whereby companies with as few as 50 employees have to implement a whistleblower channel in their business. The need for this kind of system is rising as protocols will need to be put in place where they weren’t before. The platform helps companies to implement a compliant solution that is both secure and transparent
Aarhus-based Formalize has acquired an impressive client list, including T-mobile, and enjoyed significant Series A investment in 2024. This is being used to expand its platform into the compliance sector.
