Role
Who you are
- Brings hands-on experience from the Healthcare IT, Insurance or related sectors, along with a strong grasp of how IT systems and operations support business needs in these environments
- Has worked extensively with Salesforce platforms, leading technical implementations, ideally using Health/Financial Services Clouds, delivering tailored solutions and improved user experiences
- Lead and manage the technology development team(s) responsible for maintaining and implementing organisation's technology development frameworks and policies, whilst ensuring compliance with internal policies, industry best practices and regulatory requirements
- Demonstrates a deep understanding of software development life cycles, having worked across diverse technologies and projects using agile and collaborative development practices
- Shows confidence in managing a wide range of stakeholders, effectively balancing priorities and maintaining strong communication in fast-paced, high-pressure settings
- Has been involved in delivering large-scale, cross-functional projects and works seamlessly with technical teams, healthcare professionals, and other key partners to drive outcomes
