Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree with two (2) to four (4) years’ experience in professional services environment, ideally consulting, private capital investor relations/business development, technology client success, sales engineering, or similar
- Demonstrated excellence producing time-sensitive deliverables for sophisticated and exacting client base
- Superb (written and verbal) communication skills

What the job involves
- We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Analyst to join our Client Solutions team in New York to help oversee customer success, product implementations, relationship management, and strategic undertakings as our international client base continues to rapidly grow
- You will work closely with key stakeholders to support client adoption, best practices, and overall use case health with a focus on a comprehensive and cohesive approach to the client experience
- This position will report to the Associate Director of Client Solutions, with engagement across the organization while you help scale Chronograph’s international client solutions division
- Become a product expert on Chronograph’s General Partner solution and act as the primary configuration contact for Americas clients
- Design & implement Client Success processes and initiatives
- Collaborate with clients on strategic initiatives and optimization of their data strategy
- Continue to develop recommended best-practices and work with team to deliver supporting materials to diverse constituent user base
- Coordinate resources across Chronograph (Client Development, Marketing, Data Operations, Product) to ensure timely completion of client deliverables and alignment around client development initiatives
- Develop and monitor client expectations
- Support Chronograph project management resources and personnel
- Produce flawless client deliverables to facilitate communication around complex project requirements
- Uphold Chronograph brand standards & values in every client interaction
- Proactively identify account growth opportunities
- Strategize with senior leadership to identify client business cases
