People Programs Coordinator, Sonos

• 2+ years of experience in a coordination, operations, customer-facing, or similar role
• Quick learner comfortable picking up new tools, systems, and processes with minimal direction
• Highly organized and adaptable, with a track record of managing multiple workstreams and shifting priorities effectively
• Strong communicator with natural presence and charisma, comfortable building relationships and working with people at all levels of the organization
• Curious and proactive with a practical, get-things-done mentality

• Support and coordinate ongoing programs, including onboarding and offboarding, anniversary awards, and performance processes
• Manage communications, scheduling, tracking, documentation, and other operational activities that keep People programs running smoothly
• Build strong cross-functional relationships and business context, serving as a responsive and approachable partner to employees and stakeholders across the organization
• Manage relationships with external vendors and internal stakeholders supporting People programs and initiatives
• Partner with HRIS and systems teams to help make people processes and reporting simple and easy to use
• Explore and apply AI tools and emerging technologies to improve workflows, streamline processes, and create scalable resources for employees and stakeholders
• Jump into new projects and evolving team priorities with curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn
