- Experience in both backend and frontend engineering

- Passion for helping individuals experiencing complex chronic needs such as homelessness, severe mental illness, and substance use disorder
What the job involves
- As a Senior Product Engineer at Pair Team, you’ll play a critical role in shaping and scaling the tools that power our care delivery. You’ll lead end-to-end development of new product features, from initial concept through deployment and iteration
- Own core product initiatives and drive full-stack development using modern web technologies
- Build scalable, high-performance applications that support both clinical and patient experiences
- Identify and implement improvements across our platform to enhance speed, reliability, and usability
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and platform engineers to deliver seamless, user-centered solutions
- Help guide architectural decisions that will support our growing team and mission-driven roadmap
