Marketing Executive, eXp Realty

• Strong social media background; minimum of 3 years experience
• Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), or equivalent
• A creative eye with the ability to bring ideas to life visually
• Experience creating social media content (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organised, able to balance multiple projects and deadlines
• A collaborative team player with a proactive, problem-solving mindset

• The Marketing Executive will be a creative and proactive team player, leading the design and delivery of branded marketing materials, social media content, and agent resources
• Acting as the first point of contact for UK agents, this role provides day-to-day support on brand guidelines, content creation, and campaign execution
• By driving engaging digital content, ensuring brand consistency, and collaborating across the business, the Marketing Executive will play a key part in strengthening eXp UK’s brand presence and empowering our agents to grow their businesses
• Lead on the creation of branded marketing materials, including social media graphics, presentations, templates, and agent resources
• Design and adapt content to reflect eXp UK’s brand identity and guidelines
• Amend and format documents to ensure consistency across all marketing outputs
• Be the first point of contact for UK agents with marketing queries
• Provide guidance on brand guidelines, social media best practices, and content creation
• Approve agent-designed materials for brand compliance
• Develop engaging social media content to support both eXp UK’s brand and our agents’ businesses
• Assist with campaign planning and execution across multiple digital platforms
• Work closely with the team to brainstorm fresh, creative ideas that resonate with agents and their audiences
• Work alongside the UK Marketing team to deliver projects and campaigns
• Support cross-department initiatives where creative input is required
• Ensure alignment with global eXp brand standards while tailoring content for the UK market
• While there is flexibility in work hours, you will be expected to maintain regular availability during designated core hours for collaboration, meetings, and communication with the team
• Outside of core hours, you can schedule your work to accommodate personal commitments or preferences, as long as it does not compromise project deadlines or team collaboration
• You will be responsible for maintaining a company computer, internet connection, and other necessary equipment. Any work-related expenses will be discussed and agreed upon in advance with the company
