Voy is redesigning healthcare from the ground up. Founded in 2022 with a focus on weight loss, Voy rebranded from MANUAL in 2025 to expand into a broader range of health categories – including hair loss, testosterone and menopause (with more to come)
Role
Who you are
- This is a strategic leadership role requiring someone hands-on, technically sharp, and commercially aware of the details while guiding the broader vision
- 10+ years in analytics or data science, including 5+ years of people management
- Strong technical background including advanced SQL and a degree in a quantitative subject
- Proven experience with modern data tools: BigQuery, dbt, Looker or similar
- Excellent communicator and stakeholder manager — able to partner with the C-suite and influence strategy
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate data into business action
- Passion for improving healthcare outcomes through technology and insight
What the job involves
- We’re now looking for a Director of Data & Analytics to lead a high-performing team of 10+, elevate the use of data across the company, and embed data-driven thinking into every function
- You’ll partner with stakeholders across Product, Growth, Clinical, Operations and more, helping drive smarter decisions through better data
- Lead and grow the team: Manage and mentor a team of analysts, scientists and engineers. Set goals, coach individual growth, and create a collaborative, high-performance culture
- Define and drive data strategy: Build the data roadmap across infrastructure, analytics and adoption. Champion self-serve data access and drive data literacy across the business
- Enable cross-functional impact: Work closely with leadership and teams across Product, Marketing, Operations, Growth, and Clinical to embed data into their strategy and execution
- Uphold technical excellence: Develop frameworks for experimentation, cohort analysis, forecasting, and performance measurement. Instil best practices in analytics and metrics tracking
- Improve infrastructure: Oversee key tools (BigQuery, dbt, Looker), ensure data pipelines and models are reliable, and work with Engineering to strengthen data quality and governance
- Remain hands-on when needed and excel at problem solving: Be comfortable rolling up your sleeves, writing SQL, exploring a dataset, or validating an analysis. Lead by example in solving problems

Our take
In 2019, Voy launched MANUAL because men's health was being ignored. Hair loss, low testosterone, sexual health... people suffered in silence or waited years to address these conditions. MANUAL set out to change that with earlier access to specialist care and zero stigma.
A few years later, they launched Voy for weight loss. But quickly learned something important: health doesn't stay in one box. So members moved between categories as their needs evolved and operating as separate brands no longer made sense for the company (or you).
So in 2025, the two companies became one, and is now Voy! Today, it supports over 1M members across the UK, Germany and Brazil, offering specialist led care across weight loss, menopause, TRT, hair loss and dermatology, alongside preventative health designed to help people stay ahead of illness, not just treat it.
Now the company is heading toward one mission: making 100 healthy years feel possible, supported and totally normal
