Who you are

5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, from financial services, fintech or crypto/digital assets industries
Proficiency in all facets of Marketing Automation (Hubspot would be ideal)
Data-driven approach
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
Ability to think in scenarios, develop business cases, and analyse business performance
Excellent communication skills

What the job involves

Collaborate with BD Team: Craft joint value propositions, recommendations, and case studies
Lead Generation: Own customer acquisition channels and improve conversion rates
Target Messaging: Ensure positioning, messaging, and campaign strategy align with our target executive personas
Content Distribution: Work with the Content Manager to optimally distribute marketing assets
User Behaviour Analysis: Examine conversion funnels to pinpoint bottlenecks and optimisation opportunities
