Role
Who you are
- You have experience in similar roles (PA / Team Assistant)
- You have supported leadership Teams or multiple people before (1:3 or more) - so you're a master juggler!
- You are super tech savvy and always looking at how to improve processes and/or your capacity by using tools to support you
- You’re proficient in Slack, Notion and Google Apps

What the job involves
- Support our CTO (50%) & CPO (30%) - you’ll manage calendars & inboxes at a high level but the main priority is collating one source of truth for their never ending to-do lists and requests, supporting them to prioritise the most impactful things and always being on top of deadlines. You will support them with other work streams such as new starter onboarding, hardware tracking & event booking. You will also provide personal support as/when required, helping to remove the mental load so they can focus on their priorities.
- Wider Leadership Team support (20%) - you’ll provide adhoc admin support to our Head of People, Head of Data & Lead Executive Assistant, this could be anything from jumping in with Payroll tasks, extracting information from databases or chasing for responses - whatever is needed to free up their time!
- You get it done - you’re a problem solver at heart, you proactively resolve time-sensitive issues & can comfortably juggle lots of different balls.
- Help foster our amazing culture - you’ll own social initiatives like our bi-weekly tem.social, summer BBQ, weekly Padel games & ad-hoc celebratory deliveries to temsters - and suggest improvements or additions!

tem is a next-gen energy transactions company that changes the way renewable energy is bought, sold and powered. Rebalancing the playing field away from "Big Energy", tem creates affordable, traceable and smart energy transaction management tools.
The company provides businesses and consumers with access to the same financial benefits as Big Energy companies by distributing its own purchased energy to customers. Once they’re signed up, customers are matched with a suitable generator, and the tem platform helps execute contracts, take payments, and manage invoicing.
This is a truly disruptive concept, and is proving to be a successful one. tem currently processes over £50 million in direct transactions and saves millions for over 1000 UK businesses wanting to switch from traditional utilities tied to the wholesale market. Whilst UK consumers are notoriously hesitant to switch providers, recent soaring energy prices is luring many into giving it a go.
