Deployment Program Manager, Collaborative Robots

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial), Business, or other related fields
• 5+ years of professional experience in project or program management
• Experience leading deployments of robotics and automation in warehouses, manufacturing, or healthcare sectors
• Deep understanding of robotic systems, hardware/software integration, and deployment methodologies
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and customers
• Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and repeatable processes
• Proven experience building strong customer relationships built on trust and reliability
• Skilled in creating detailed operational workflows, training materials, and documentation
• Willingness to travel (25-50%) for customer visits and onsite deployments
• Highly motivated, thriving in fast-paced and collaborative environments
• Must have and maintain US work authorization
• Master’s in Engineering, Business Administration, or other related field
• Successfully introduced multiple robotic systems into pathways through production
• Prior experience in managing concurrent pilot programs
