Who you are
- Experience in leading and managing a diverse team
- Hands-on experience in delivering quality solutions in a timely manner
- Software development background that enables you to drive technical decisions within the team
- Hands-on experience in refining development processes
- Hands- on experience with challenging team on approach to planning or solutioning to get to outcomes more quickly
- Excellent communication skills to information across different levels
- Experience with resolving problems, leading change and managing risks
- Willing and able to dive into code when it’s needed
What the job involves
- As engineering manager you will focus on growing teams and collaborating with our business stakeholders
- You will mentor individuals and coach them through their career growth
- Work with stakeholders on project plans and ensure the team delivers with high quality and predictability
- Manage a team of 5 engineers and monitor team health
- Coach and mentor team members and elevate engineering excellence
- Creates space for teams to collaborate and hash out ambiguity and bring clarity to problems and solutions
- Communicate changes and updates tailored to appropriate audiences
- Ensure teams deliver with high quality and predictability
- Contribute to the Engineering team’s culture, processes and best practices
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, innovation and growth

CrowdRiff was established after the founders saw the the explosion in visual content being shared at a scale like never before, and the power of these visuals to influence consumer decisions. As a result, they set out to help the travel and tourist community make the most of this opportunity.
CrowdRiff's platform makes it easier for marketers to showcase their destinations visually, which drives engagement and tourism revenue. Their solutions are now used by over 800 tourist brands, including Marketing Greece and Tourism Australia. This is testament to the value of their marketing products.
CrowdRiff is now the leading visual and social marketing provider for the travel and tourism industry. This is largely down to their ability to remain agile, and to offer destinations a wide variety of individual products, tools and projects. They will need to maintain this level of innovation if they are to draw even more clients to their books.
