Senior UX Designer, Factset

• This role is ideal for individuals who are highly organized, self-driven, and eager to take ownership of the entire UX process—from research and ideation to prototyping and implementation. Candidates with experience in the financial or capital markets sector will be especially valued
• 4+ years of experience in product design, with a portfolio showcasing impactful, user-centered design solutions
• Proficiency in designing end-to-end experiences for complex workflows, including dashboards, CRM’s
• Strong ability to turn ambiguous problems into elegant design solutions
• Experience contributing to and using design systems
• Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, research, and content design
• Strong communication and storytelling skills to present design work and articulate rationale
