Who you are
- Ideal candidates will bring a wealth of experience in partner management and business development while possessing an acute understanding of the DACH market
- A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated success in partner management or business development, with a deep focus on the DACH region
- Proven track record of acquiring and nurturing successful partnerships
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, complemented by the ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Self-starter with the versatility to work both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Thrive in an ever-evolving landscape, adapting seamlessly to shifting priorities
- Business fluent in German
What the job involves
- We're seeking a Partner Manager to spearhead our growth strategy in the DACH region
- In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in cultivating and nurturing strategic partnerships that align with our business objectives
- Identify and proactively engage new partnerships that strategically align with our company's objectives within the DACH region
- Cultivate and foster strong relationships with key stakeholders in potential partner organizations, ensuring seamless communication and the realization of successful partnerships
- Continuously assess and optimize partnership performance, pinpointing areas for enhancement and implementing innovative strategies for maximizing results
- Skillfully negotiate and finalize partnership agreements with prospective partners, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions
- Oversee existing partnerships, maintaining open lines of communication and driving collaborative efforts to achieve sustained growth and mutual value
- Remain at the forefront of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and market conditions, seizing new opportunities and maintaining a competitive edge
Our take
Despite efforts to reduce cybercrime with increasingly secure systems and software, human error remains a chink in the security armour of many a business. SoSafe delivers training for workforces to become more adapt at acting securely, enabling companies to transform human vulnerability into a security asset.
SoSafe's trio of products - Teach, Transfer, and Act - together deliver a comprehensive system for training staff. This includes gamified micro-learning, phishing simulations, and a human risk and cyber security dashboard that enables users to identify and address potential threats before they take hold.
There are a number of other companies emerging to manage the human element in cybersecurity, but the ever-expanding market should offer room for SoSafe to grow despite this. Significant funding raised by the company will go towards furthering product development and accelerating global expansion.
