Who you are

5+ years experience in successful attainment of sales targets within the investment, asset management or financial sector. Experience with ESG and/or Real Estate sectors is preferred
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field such as investment, real estate, infrastructure, business, economics or sustainable finance
Self-motivated and able to thrive in a result- and mission-driven environment
Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability and maturity
Extensive experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot, Pipedrive)
Proven ability to juggle multiple opportunity pursuits at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational, commercial and interpersonal skills
Strong industry networks and the ability to further develop these
Fluency in English is mandatory, both verbal and written

What the job involves

The position offers a unique opportunity to work in a mission-driven startup that provides data tools designed to guide the real estate market to a net-zero carbon future
As a Product Designer, you’ll contribute to the design vision of our ESG platform
Implement brand new features and visualizations end-to-end
Own design problem spaces end-to-end, from initial concept through shipping and beyond
Influence product direction through collaboration, user research, and storytelling
Partner with engineers to ensure your designs are shipped at a high quality

Our take
