Global Events Manager, Simple Pharma

• Identifying and evaluating opportunities
• Work with teams and stakeholders in local markets to create a landscape of relevant events
• Leverage a clear decision matrix for engaging / not engaging in events that can be consistently applied
• Develop recommendations for Androlabs-led events in response to insights from global and country teams
• Planning and coordination
• Engage with event coordinators, regulators etc. to ensure smooth coordination
• Collaborate with global and country teams to plan effective engagement with key stakeholders (e.g., KOLs)
• Work with the Content Lead and General Manager to ensure messaging is clear
• Delivery
• Lead delivery of events on the day when appropriate (e.g., for larger events), ensuring smooth implementation of plans and issue resolution
• Continuous improvement
• Maintain a clear set of objectives and KPIs
• Record learnings and develop a set of best practices so that each event can be more effective than the last
