Who you are
- 5+ years of executive-level administrative support experience, in a fast-paced corporate environment
- Experience supporting C-level executives
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accuracy while handling multiple tasks
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in using productivity tools, including the Google Suite
- Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and handle sensitive information
- Proactive mindset with a problem-solving orientation and the ability to work independently

- The Executive Assistant at Ping Identity provides high-level administrative support to executives and senior leadership.
- This role requires a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented professional who can effectively manage multiple priorities, exercise sound judgment and maintain strict confidentiality.
- This individual plays a critical role in facilitating efficient communication, managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and handling various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operation of the executive office
- Act as a trusted partner and provide comprehensive administrative support to executives and senior leadership
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and handle logistics for internal and external events
- Proactively identify and prioritize time-sensitive matters, ensuring that executives are well-prepared and informed for meetings and appointments
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening and directing inquiries, and providing timely and professional responses
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards
- Assist in the preparation of materials for board meetings, executive presentations, and strategic initiatives
- Conduct research, gather data, and provide analysis to support decision-making processes
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and department heads to facilitate effective communication, information sharing, and coordination of projects
- Anticipate needs and proactively identify opportunities for process improvements, streamlining administrative tasks, and increasing efficiency

Ping Identity is a platform, delivered through both cloud services and on-premises software, providing a comprehensive Identity and Access Management service. In today’s highly connected digital world, digital identity management services — the process of identifying and authenticating users on networks to access services — has become a key aspect of interacting on the internet.
According to the latest forecasts, the digital identity market is worth approximately $60 billion in 2025, with annual growth rates ranging from 16 to 21%, depending on the source. Consequently, competition is heavy for PingIdentity, with some other strong players in the various branches of identity management, including Okta, LastPass, and Duo Security. The merger between PingIdentity and ForgeRock in 2023 went some way to consolidating a firm footing in the industry for both companies.
Now combined with Forgerock, PingIdentity has successfully attracted considerable funding and serves hundreds of brands, including Morningstar, Vodafone, and GEICO, as well as the governments of Norway, Canada, and Belgium. Alongside this, both companies were acquired by the leading software investment firm, Thoma Bravo, in 2022 before the merger. This acquisition offered a unique opportunity for PingIdentity to further grow, and in doing so, it won the Google Cloud Security Partner of the Year Award in 2026. Evidently, it's an exciting new chapter for the combined company and its customers.
