BizzyCar is looking for motivated Business Development Representatives to join our Revenue team
Success in this position requires excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to engaging prospective customers via phone, email, and text

1+ years of experience in a customer-facing or sales role
Excellent communication skills, including phone and written presentations
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively
Familiarity with CRM software and tools to manage customer relationships and outreach
Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred
Must reside within 30 miles of Boston, MA

What the job involves

In this role, you will focus on driving top-of-funnel activities to grow our customer base and enhance the efficiency of our go-to-market teams
As a key player in identifying and developing new business opportunities, you'll research, qualify, and nurture relationships with potential clients
You'll collaborate with Account Executives to close deals, contributing to the overall sales process
Prospect & Research: Identify and research target accounts to develop customized outreach strategies
Target Outreach: Proactively engage with potential customers through cold calls, emails, social media, and other channels to build relationships
CRM & Automation: Leverage CRM tools and automations to enhance your outreach efforts and manage pipeline activity
Lead Conversion: Present BizzyCar’s solutions to prospects, identify client needs, qualify leads, and set up meetings between clients and Account Executives
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, joining demos and client meetings to ensure seamless communication and handoff
Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with BizzyCar’s products, new features, and market trends. Share feedback and ideas for process improvements with management

Car dealerships often lack the capacity to recall faulty automobile models, leading to more danger on the road for drivers. BizzyCar incentivises dealerships to recall car models through customer retention schemes. It helps businesses repair and upsell old vehicles and uses AI-powered engagement tools to contact vehicle owners for service appointment scheduling.

BizzyCar works to discover individuals and car fleets, drawing in new business for car dealerships through often overlooked recall services. It’s a win-win then for both sides of the deal, and BizzyCar’s 300% year-on-year growth attests to its discovery of a gap in the transport software market.

Early investment will allow Bizzycar to accelerate growth across the US and Canada. It plans to scale its AI tools as well, with increasing demand for its product from dealerships exemplifying its winning formula.
