Who you are
- 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with specific expertise in partner or alliance marketing
- Proven success leading global partner marketing initiatives across multiple partner types and regions
- Strong budget management skills with a keen eye for ROI and performance
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills; ability to influence and align stakeholders across departments
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS or tech company preferred
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, actionable marketing strategies
- Strategic mindset with a bias for execution and results
What the job involves
- We’re looking for an experienced and strategic Partner Marketing Director to join HiBob for a 6 to 9-month maternity leave cover
- This is a high-visibility role, working cross-functionally with senior leaders and teams across marketing and partnerships to elevate the HiBob go-to-market strategy through collaborative, scalable, and results-driven partner marketing initiatives
- You will lead a team of two, overseeing the global partner marketing function across our Tech Marketplace and Channel Partner programs, including HR consultancies, Private Equity firms, and US-based Brokers
- You’ll lead the execution of high-impact marketing strategies that showcase the value of our partner ecosystem, drive demand, and fuel growth across key markets
- Lead the global partner marketing strategy across all key partner segments, aligning with corporate goals and regional priorities
- Manage and allocate the global partner marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximum ROI across programs and regions
- Work closely with Partner Management leadership to strengthen and differentiate our partner programs in the US, UK, EMEA and other strategic markets
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative Services, Product Marketing, Field Marketing, and Customer Marketing to build and scale partner marketing content, enablement tools, and campaign assets
- Drive partner-sourced pipeline through lead generation and co-marketing activities, supporting the team in optimizing processes, strategies, and campaign execution across diverse markets and partner types—ensuring scalable, repeatable success
- Serve as a strategic thought partner to the broader Marketing and Partnerships leadership teams, contributing to GTM planning and program innovation
- Ensure consistent messaging, branding, and execution across all partner-facing communications and campaigns
- Track, analyze, and report on partner marketing performance and impact, offering clear insights and optimization strategies
