Who you are
- We are looking for innovative, motivated, and passionate individuals to join our rapidly growing company
- Around 5+ years of experience winning new logos in the Enterprise IT space, incl. proven ability to close complex enterprise deals
- A proven track record of sales success in other IT-/Software companies
- A proven track record of building strong and high quality sales pipeline
- Challenger Sales and MEDDPICC skills
- Experience selling infrastructure software such as messaging systems, databases, SaaS or big-data products, with a specific track record in selling middleware products, solutions and services
- The ability to build strong executive relationships
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven ability to connect with clients and build lasting relationships
- A self-assured and helpful attitude, highly self-motivated with an independent working style
- Key strengths in team play and being an effective and avid presenter
- Excellent English communication skills

- We are now looking for an Enterprise Account Executive who is responsible for building out our regional presence and customer business in the Nordics (Denmark, Finland and Sweden)
- Be responsible to build and manage a sales pipeline of Enterprise prospects
- Increase the funnel and generate new leads by using your network and other channels
- Work closely with Enterprise prospects to identify the best solution fit and concrete value for those prospects
- Orchestrate end to end Enterprise Sales Cycles, collaborating closely with supporting functions like Solution Engineering or Professional Services
- Skillfully negotiate with prospects to sell not only the product, but a complete solution that includes support and service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Show our Enterprise customers how they can realise all the advantages of the HiveMQ Enterprise MQTT broker in their projects
- Optimise our customer approach, lead qualification process and sales strategies
- Build relationships, conduct product demonstrations and showcase customers key benefits
- Work closely with our SDR, Marketing and Professional Services team to provide the best possible offering to our customers

The concept of the Internet of Things (IoT) presents huge potential for smart devices of the future, enabling the transferring of data between devices for cutting-edge enterprise workflows. However, it is currently difficult to transfer the necessary data quickly and reliably to facilitate a seamless IoT experience for enterprises, preventing the technology from being a reliable business solution.
HiveMQ provides an IoT data transfer solution, leveraging an MQTT broker designed for cloud-native deployments to efficiently utilize cloud resources and reduce bandwidth for seamless data transfers. The technology can facilitate connections of up to 10 million devices, guaranteeing that no data is lost when empowering enterprises.
Whilst other data transfer solutions are sufficient for consumer-grade connections, HiveMQ has recognised that this is not so for enterprises, smartly leveraging MQTT brokers to provide IoT connections that are fast, reliable, and secure. The technology can be deployed on private, hybrid and public clouds such as AWS and Microsoft Azure, and is paired with the HiveMQ Cloud Platform to facilitate MQTT cloud-broker cluster management. In March 2023, HiveMQ achieved an impressive benchmark of 200 million simultaneous connections, indicating its platform's growing strength.
