- The Experience: 3+ years in recruiting coordination, talent operations, or a similar role—specifically with experience supporting leadership or executive-level hiring
- Detail-Oriented & Rigorous: You manage multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously without losing focus on the small details that define a premium candidate experience
- High Agency: You are comfortable navigating ambiguity, take initiative without being asked, and enjoy the "building" phase of a growing company
- Strong Communicator: You possess the executive presence to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization, from coordinators to C-suite leaders
- Tech-Forward: You are proficient with modern recruiting tools; experience with Ashby is a plus
What the job involves
- Dandy is seeking a Leadership Recruiting Coordinator to join our inclusive and rapidly growing venture-backed team. In this role, you will be the operational backbone of our executive hiring, supporting senior-level initiatives and owning the coordination engine for our most critical searches
- You will partner closely with our Recruiters and Talent Operations team to deliver an exceptional, high-touch candidate experience
- Execute Leadership Interviews: Own the end-to-end coordination of virtual and in-person interviews for leadership roles, ensuring a polished, consistent, and "white-glove" experience for senior candidates
- Streamline Operations: Oversee scheduling and recruiting logistics, identifying opportunities to optimize processes for efficiency and continuous improvement
- Partner Across Teams: Act as a strategic partner to Recruiters and cross-functional stakeholders, anticipating needs and proactively removing roadblocks in the hiring funnel
- Tech Stack: Contribute to the architecture and optimization of our Ashby ATS to improve workflow efficiency, data integrity, and reporting
- Logistics & Travel: Arrange candidate travel and manage all associated agendas and expenses with accuracy
- Drive Strategic Projects: Lead or support initiatives focused on inclusive hiring, candidate engagement, and scaling our global recruiting operations
