- Fluent in French with strong English skills
- Rigorous, disciplined, and result-oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Empathetic and highly responsive
- Knowledge of Airtable is a bonus
- Familiarity with No-Code tools (e.g., Notion) is a strong plus
- Experience in event organization is a plus
What the job involves
- Your mission will be to support, engage, and ensure the satisfaction of our Groover Club community—the first club dedicated to independent artists
- You will work closely with Romain (CEO) and Chrystelle (Head of Groover Club) to make this new service a success
- Ensure every artist in the Club is fully satisfied with our services
- Monitor coaching sessions to guarantee proper support for all members
- Gather and analyze artist feedback to continuously improve the Club experience
- Conduct end-of-course assessments and work on subscription reactivation
- Moderate and engage the artist community with creative initiatives
- Foster connections between artists and enhance interactions
- Provide feedback on artists’ tracks

The barrier of entry to the music industry is infamously high, and it can prove difficult for independent music artists to promote their tracks, reach the right audiences, or gather constructive feedback. Groover sets out to solve this, supplying a platform that connects artists to music curators, radio stations and labels looking for talent, guaranteeing that these professionals will not only listen to their tracks but also provide feedback.
As it gets easier to release music, and subsequently harder to stand out from the crowd, Groover's offering could offer real value to artists looking to forge a career. A Series A funding round will see the company further enhance its service with capabilities such as marketing and career development support, as well as expand its presence in North America, Europe, and LATAM.
