• Kajabi is looking for a strategic, hands-on Senior Product Marketing Manager, reporting into our Head of Product Marketing, to lead product messaging, cross-functional launches, and customer communication for both major product rollouts and incremental updates.
• This role is essential in driving product adoption, enhancing the creator experience, and enabling internal teams to tell a clear, consistent story about our platform
• You’ll partner closely with Product, Research, Creative, Support, and CX to bring our products to market in a way that deeply resonates with our customers and differentiates Kajabi in a competitive landscape
• Lead product positioning and messaging for major launches and ongoing updates, ensuring clarity, resonance, and alignment with customer needs
• Drive go-to-market strategy and execution for new features, including internal enablement, launch materials, and post-launch analysis
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Research, Support, CX, Legal, and Creative to deliver high-quality campaigns and communications
• Synthesize research and insights into compelling narratives that inform messaging, positioning, and strategy
• Develop and scale repeatable launch processes that help Kajabi ship with excellence and consistency
• Support training and enablement materials in collaboration with Product and Support, empowering internal teams and customers to adopt new features confidently
