Role
Who you are
- An established network of contacts within the creator/talent/celebrity industry
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the creator/influencer or digital media industry
- Proven track record of successfully identifying, pitching, and closing deals with creators, influencers, or talent
- Strong understanding of the creator ecosystem, including different social media platforms, content formats, audience demographics, etc
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and negotiate with creators
- Ability to analyse data and metrics to identify high-potential creator talent and match them with brand/charity opportunities
- Experience building and maintaining relationships with a network of industry contacts, including creators, talent managers, agencies, etc
- Familiarity with creator-focused software and tools for prospecting, outreach, campaign management, etc
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, production and other teams
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas and goals
What the job involves
- This role is focused on new business acquisition, responsible for unlocking strategic partnership opportunities and securing new talent, content creators, celebrities & charities for the platform
- Develop strategic partnerships with creators & talent, taking the lead role in selling and pitching to potential partners
- Managing the end-to-end sales process, including outreach, pitch calls, negotiation through to contract signing
- Collaborate closely with creators to optimise campaign performance and enhance audience engagement across various platforms
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts with internal teams, including Marketing and Production, to ensure seamless execution of partnership strategies, product and contracts
- Develop and refine sales materials and pitches to effectively articulate Everpress's value proposition to potential creator/talent partners and managers
- Stay knowledgeable of emerging industry trends, strategically capitalizing on new opportunities for creators
- Prospecting to identify and engage potential creator partners effectively
- Actively participate in in-person creator events, representing and connecting on behalf of Everpress
- Accurately forecast with detailed sales build blocks and deliver growth

It's difficult to stand out in the fashion space as there is a lot of competition from other companies that sell direct. It will be important for Everpress to lean in to what differentiates it and turn it into a competitive advantage.
