Who you are
- 5+ years experience building & maintaining executive relationships, identifying and closing upsell & expansion opportunities, and negotiating complex, multi-million dollar contract renewals with high-quality Enterprise clients
- Successful sales experience in a B2B SaaS environment with a proven track record of top performance and over achievement against quota
- A professional, value-driven, and highly-creative approach to strategic sales that optimizes across a multitude of negotiating levers
- The ability to balance strategic, long-term account plans with monthly, quarterly, and annual quota targets
- Exceptional executive presence, including the ability to connect with diverse audiences and inspire action
- Strong relationship-building and excellent written & verbal communications skills, fostering collaboration and trust with clients, team members, and key internal stakeholders
- Proven ability to build rapport, take initiative, and collaborate with individuals from various departments to drive desired results
- Passion for the home services industry
- Ability to travel 15% - 20% of the time, regionally and nationally
- Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance
What the job involves
- As a Strategic Customer Sales (SCS) Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing the entire post-sales relationship for a designated list of Strategic Accounts
- We ask that you have prior Enterprise SaaS sales experience, the ability to build relationships with Executives, work with diverse teams both externally and internally, and negotiate large/complex contracts
- This role will report to the Manager of Strategic Customer Sales and SVP of Enterprise Sales
- Primary responsibility is to optimize outcomes of contract renewals and expand revenue via core platform expansions and adoption of ServiceTitan’s Pro Product modules within your designated book of Strategic Accounts
- Become an expert on the value proposition of ServiceTitan’s core platform, Pro Products, and ancillary services
- Build honest relationships and genuine partnership with existing Strategic Accounts
- Work often with critical business partners across Finance, Success, Implementation, Operations, etc
- To collaborate on, maintain, and execute on detailed account plans to drive maximum value creation for ServiceTitan’s largest clients
- Work closely and collaboratively with Sales Engineers on complex requirements and integrations
- Work with our Pro Development Representatives to source business for strategic accounts and with important clients
- Track all activity in Salesforce and forecast business to Sales leadership
