Who you are
- Currently enrolled in a university or accredited college program
- Interested in content marketing, writing, communications, or journalism
- Strong written communication and attention to detail
- Organized, curious, and comfortable working with documentation and systems
- Able to work full time for the duration of the internship term
What the job involves
- This internship is designed for a student who wants hands-on experience in B2B content marketing, research-driven storytelling, and editorial operations
- You’ll work closely with experienced writers and marketers, contributing to real projects that support Achievers’ thought leadership, blogs, reports, and enablement content
- This role can be scoped to 4- or 8-month terms, in alignment with Achievers’ co‑op and internship program
- Conduct weekly scans of external HR, workplace, and technology research
- Curate and share relevant articles, reports, and data to support ideation and writing
- Surface emerging trends, gaps, and high‑value sources across regions and topics
- Build and maintain a centralized library of third‑party statistics
- Tag and organize sources by topic, region, and use case (blogs, reports, enablement)
- Keep data current and easy for writers to reuse
- Support blog and resource publishing, including formatting and light copy edits
- Assist with converting PDF content into HTML
- Help refresh and update existing content for accuracy and performance
- Contribute light copywriting where appropriate, with guidance from senior writers
- Support intake, timelines, and coordination across content initiatives
- Help maintain clean, up‑to‑date workflows and documentation
- Contribute to predictable, on‑time content delivery
- Develop and maintain SharePoint for the Marketing team
- Assist with preparing Achievers Workforce Institute and sales enablement slides
- Update templates and support content packaging for internal teams
- Support basic content performance reporting and dashboard updates
- Help compile insights that inform future content decisions
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and documentation gaps
- Propose and document improvements that help the team scale
