Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, etc. is required. Master’s or advanced degree or certification is preferred
  • 7+ years’ experience in Global Human Resources and Benefits in a multi-level leadership capacity. Experience in an external, global client-facing role or HR Outsourcing is ideal
  • Strong client empathy, a deep understanding of value drivers, and a passion for solving complex business problems
  • Knowledge of shared services and Integration
  • Demonstrated experience managing people leaders globally?
  • Experience in process improvement and project management
  • Able to work collaboratively across teams and departments to build strong relationships and trust
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving
  • Exceptional organization skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong analytical skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to align benefits programs with overall business objectives

What the job involves

  • The Senior Manager of HR & Benefits Service Delivery oversees and optimizes HR operations, ensures seamless service delivery for our clients, and drives efficiency through technology, process improvements, and strategic leadership
  • Reporting directly to the SVP of HR & Benefits Service Delivery, the Senior Manager of HR & Benefits Service Delivery be responsible for leading multiple teams across the globe
  • Provide global leadership and guidance for Human Resources client-based support team and strategies including onboarding, employment contracts, benefits, and client employee terminations/separations across the globe
  • Directly supervise the Senior HR Service Delivery Managers in all regions and provide overall support to the global team of HR Service Delivery and Benefits Consultants across the globe
  • Serve as a management point of escalation for clients in HR-related matters
  • Ensure goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, risk, quality, team and individual performance
  • Provide management support to senior Operations leadership, including strategic planning, preparing reports performance, and supporting risk management
  • Collaborate with peers, leadership, and internal teams across the organization for operational and strategic initiatives and improvements
  • Responsible for overseeing Global employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and other compensation-related perks
  • Oversee strategic benefits plans to attract and retain talent, ensure compliance with regulations, and manage vendor relationships to optimize costs and employee satisfaction
