Who you are

We’re looking for someone who combines strategic vision and analytical thinking with the ability to build trust and deliver tangible results
A person who understands the value of a purpose-driven brand and is excited to take it further into international markets
Proven experience as a Key Account Manager handling international retail accounts
Background in cosmetics, beauty, or lifestyle. A strong network in the sector is a big plus
Analytical mindset, autonomy, and a hands-on, solution-driven attitude
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Fluency in English and at least intermediate Spanish.Other languages will be considered a plus
Willingness to travel 1–2 times per month

What the job involves

Reporting to the Wholesale & Retail Director, your main responsibilities will include:
Managing key accounts across Europe, building strong, long-term relationships with strategic partners
Business development: identifying new commercial opportunities and proposing tailored solutions to meet our partners’ goals
Sell-in and sell-out focus: driving sales while ensuring flawless execution at the point of sale
Commercial negotiations aligned with the brand’s strategy
Forecasting and analysis: building and tracking budgets, forecasts and commercial KPIs
Regular visits to clients and stores to ensure brand guidelines are followed, monitor performance and identify new needs
