Role
Who you are
- 4–6+ years of experience in growth marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS, marketplaces, or startups
- Proven track record of driving meaningful growth through LinkedIn, Meta Ads, Email Marketing and SEO
- Experience launching and scaling referral programs and organic growth initiatives
- Data-driven mindset — comfortable owning analytics and using tools like GA4, Hubspot, Mixpanel, etc
- A strong understanding of content marketing, funnel optimisation, and CRM (HS Experience preferable)
- Experience working in a fast-paced, startup or scale-up environment
- Can strategise but also willing to get hands on within the campaigns
What the job involves
- Own and lead the full growth marketing strategy and execution across digital channels, building on a lead gen function that already generates 8k+ meetings per month
- Plan, manage, and optimise performance marketing campaigns, particularly across LinkedIn and Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
- Drive and scale referral and partner-driven acquisition programs
- Work with our internal designer and external agency partners to improve the end to end funnel from the paids ads through to the landing pages
- Manage reporting, attribution models, and analytics to track ROI and inform decisions
- Continue to build on a strong functional relationship with Sales to align growth with lead generation and pipeline needs
