What the job involves
- We are looking for an operationally savvy and dynamic teammate to help manage and grow our Boston office. This person is a jack or jane of all trades, who will have a hand in a variety of efforts and projects. You will help create systems and processes to streamline our U.S. operational needs and will report directly to the Head of U.S. Operations
- Manage the day-to-day activities of the Boston office and be the primary point of contact for facilities needs
- Manage vendors and service provider relationships and outputs where they contribute to business operations outcomes
- Work with internal teams to ensure members of the office have what they need to execute their mission
- Coordinate and manage customer VIP visits
- Assist in recruiting coordinating efforts and candidate onsite experience
- Plan and execute in-house or off-site team events
- Assist in people-related projects like new hire onboarding and employee experience
- Craft and implement processes to reduce friction and enable all team members to spend their time on what they do best
