- Requires a minimum of 2 years of related or equivalent experience; or 1+ years with an advanced degree
What the job involves
- The Product Operations Analyst plays a critical role in enhancing product performance and customer satisfaction
- This position is responsible for facilitating the voice of the customer by triaging feedback and leveraging insights to inform and drive product strategy
- The analyst will also focus on tool enablement to optimize workflows, ensuring that teams have the resources they need for efficiency
- Additionally, the role involves building and implementing new processes across the organization to streamline operations and enhance overall product delivery
- Triage customer feedback to inform product strategy and enhancements
- Enable and optimize tools and resources to improve team efficiency
- Develop and implement standardized processes across the organization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational challenges
- Monitor key performance metrics to drive data-driven decisions and improvements
