Enterprise Implementation Manager, Nory

• Proven SaaS implementation experience: 5+ years of experience managing complex enterprise implementations end-to-end

• Startup & entrepreneurial mindset: You thrive in fast-paced, early-stage environments, move quickly, and take initiative to maintain momentum and resolve issues efficiently

• We’re looking for an Enterprise Implementation Manager to help us bring Nory to the UK’s most iconic hospitality brands
• You’ll be the engine behind successful rollouts, from first pilot to full scale, and a critical player in our enterprise growth story
• This is a unique opportunity to shape how we deliver Nory at scale, while working with some of the most exciting brands in the industry
• Working closely with our Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Onboarding teams, you’ll be the bridge that gets our biggest customers live, and thriving
• You won’t just follow a process - you’ll build it. You’ll own pilot delivery and scaling success, with the autonomy to define how enterprise implementations are done at Nory
• Lead enterprise implementations: Manage the full customer journey from pre-sales through pilot, rollout, and handover to Customer Success
• Define what “success” looks like: Help shape our definition of implementation completion, set benchmarks, and implement processes to track outcomes
• Pilot and scale: Take ownership of ongoing and new enterprise pilots. Build strategies that convert these into long-term rollouts across multi-site environments
• Develop scalable playbooks: Formalise SOPs and create documentation that allows us to grow our enterprise onboarding function
• Improve cross-functional coordination: Partner closely with internal teams to streamline handovers, eliminate blockers, and close gaps between Sales and CS
• Voice of the enterprise customer: Surface insights that shape our product roadmap and help us better serve our most complex customers
