Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of 8-10 years of hands-on experience in marketing automation and data analytics or a related operations field, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, etc..)
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting tools
- High standards around project management with a track record of using project management software to manage cross-functional projects
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
What the job involves
- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join Intapp as our Director of Marketing Operations
- This position will report to the Senior Director of Marketing Strategy and Operations
- In this critical role you will oversee the strategy, implementation, and optimization of marketing processes and technology to drive efficiency and effectiveness across all of Intapp’s marketing efforts
- This role involves overseeing a highly integrated team responsible for managing and maintaining the marketing technology stack, marketing data architecture, dashboards and other reporting tools
- You will be an essential partner to various teams across Marketing to strategize and ensure the successful execution of key initiatives and campaigns
- Own the marketing operations roadmap ensuring the current tech stack meets the needs of Marketing
- Manage day-to-day operations in HubSpot, including database health and workflow automation
- Work closely with other stakeholders across Marketing in the planning, production and execution of key marketing campaigns and ABM initiatives
- Foster and maintain tight alignment with our GTM Operations team on all things data infrastructure and integration between Marketing systems and our CRM platform
- Partner with our Web Services team to oversee marketing analytics and reporting, providing insights and recommendations across the customer journey to improve marketing performance
- Oversee a sizable digital ad spend with a focus on efficiency and driving a successful ROI
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for marketing processes, while keeping a mindful eye on where improvements can be made
- Maintain documentation of core business processes within marketing and ensure enablement and adherence to those processes
- Application of AI (artificial intelligence) in process transformation is a huge plus
