Who you are
- If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds meaningful client relationships, and is excited to bring innovative adtech solutions to life, this is your stage
- 2–4 years of experience in digital media sales, ideally within mobile, video, or programmatic
- Solid understanding of the digital media landscape including CTV, OLV, digital display, and programmatic advertising
- A strong network within media agencies and direct advertiser contacts
- Excellent communicator with strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Proactive, collaborative, and able to operate independently
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, constantly evolving environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
What the job involves
- We’re looking for an Account Executive to join our award-winning team in the East Coast
- In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our growth, partnering with top brands and agencies to deliver campaigns that perform, inspire, and break boundaries
- Identify opportunities and grow our footprint with strategic agencies and brands
- Navigate and establish meaningful relationships across complex agency structures, from trading desks to executive teams, while educating them on Teads' cutting-edge solutions
- Align Teads’ cutting-edge offerings with the evolving needs of your prospects and clients, ensuring they receive tailored, impactful solutions
- Maintain a disciplined and up-to-date sales pipeline to ensure accuracy in revenue forecasting
- Partner closely with internal teams across insights, customer experience, and technical solutions to deliver excellence and optimise client satisfaction

Teads operates a cloud-based end-to-end technology platform that enables programmatic digital advertising across a global ecosystem of quality digital media. The modular platform allows partners to leverage buy-side, sell-side, creative, data and AI optimization technologies.
The company partners with marketers and agencies, and has a mass reach for advertisers across some of the most well-known publishers in the world, such as Vice, CNN and BBC. After newly hiring talent into some senior roles, the company has enabled itself to switch focus towards providing more resources and service across some of the fastest-growing verticals such as automotive, retail, technology, telecoms, FMCG, travel, and luxury.
In 2025, it was announced that Teads had been acquired by Outbrain for $1 billion. This represents a significant step up for the two companies, which, combined, make the largest open internet business in the world. With an expanded reach of 2.2 billion customers, Teads and Outbrain will merge two of the richest contextual and interest data sets on the open internet.
