- 3+ years of Talent Acquisition experience
- Sourcing for executive level and corporate functions preferred
- Direct experience with sourcing techniques (LinkedIn/social platforms / AI usage)
- Experience in maintaining data accuracy within our ATS; we are implementing Ashby
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to apply creative approaches to business challenges
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Must thrive in a collaborative environment and be able to work effectively with team members across different departments
What the job involves
- UTA seeks a driven Associate, Recruitment to join our dynamic team
- As you grow with UTA, responsibilities may expand to include candidate screenings and outreach
- This is an opportunity to join a leading entertainment company and play a key role in identifying and attracting top talent
- This role will report to the SVP, Recruitment and play a pivot role in functional operations including ATS and reporting responsibilities
- Identify candidates for unique, specialized, or hard-to-fill roles to align with UTA's strategic goals
- Aid in defining and designing search strategies for various roles, including mapping the talent landscape and understanding industry dynamics
- Operations responsibilities include the preparation and distribution of key reports; documenting process maps and systems changes; and ATS administration as needed
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean searches, LinkedIn, social media, etc.) to engage and activate passive candidates
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process for both candidates and hiring managers
- Create lists of target companies and potential candidates for ongoing and future searches
- Develop and execute a tailored job posting strategy for each assigned role
- Proactively build talent pipelines for future hiring needs and maintain relationships with potential candidates
- Keep track of recruiting goals and metrics, and maintain accurate candidate data in our ATS (Workday)
- Respond to feedback from recruiters and hiring managers, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet departmental goals
- Stay updated on industry news and trends, especially those impacting recruitment

With the acquisitions of Fletcher & Company and Curtis Brown, UTA took on the estates of esteemed literary figures like John le Carré and Ian Fleming. This reflects a larger competition between agencies to acquire intellectual property to develop into content. In doing so, UTA hopes to find competitive edge over other dominant agencies, WME and CAA.
