Role
Who you are
- 2+ years at a SaaS company (Support, Onboarding, Solutions Engineering, Engineering or similar)
- You have a familiar understanding of relational databases, with the curiosity to go deeper and are comfortable working with APIs
- You focus on continuous improvement - you look for ways to improve our product and how we work, and you’re open to giving and receiving constructive feedback
- You are a strong written and verbal communicator, comfortable with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- You’re comfortable with ambiguity and use a mix of research, data, intuition, and empathy to move work forward
What the job involves
- As Statflo’s Associate Product Manager, you’ll be a key member of the Product team, working closely with Engineers to make sure customers get maximum value from Statflo
- You’ll investigate and prioritize tasks on behalf of the product team and translate them into clear, actionable steps
- Evaluate and triage incoming requests - review, refine, and prioritize tasks, balancing customer value and engineering effort
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales and CS to understand impact and manage expectations
- As an expert on our product, you will investigate data issues and own platform configurations as the technical point of contact between customers and engineering
- Proactively identify opportunities for workflow improvements
- Bridge the gap between Sales handoff and go-live - handling account configuration, data validation, and any technical blockers during onboarding

Statflo has developed a one-to-one messaging and customer engagement platform for businesses, facilitating personalized messaging based on customer data through preferred platforms such as WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger. The platform is also fully compliant for customer outreach and can be integrated within existing systems such as Salesforce, Adobe, and MS Dynamics through SDKs and APIs.
Whilst competitors provide customer engagement solutions in the form of personalized chatbots, Statflo stands out with its heavy emphasis on personal data compliance whilst still providing a personalized approach. Furthermore, Statflo's ability to let customers choose which platform to receive personalized messages on allows the messaging service to outperform existing e-mail solutions.
