You’ll dive into essential accounting and purchasing functions, managing everything from tracking and forecasting spend to supporting strategic purchasing decisions with the engineering and leadership teams
• Work closely with leadership to forecast and track spend across key areas, including operations, engineering, R&D, and personnel, impacting decisions that drive Freeform’s scaling efforts
• Own vendor payments, payroll, leases, and other financial transactions that keep our operations moving
• Assist with month-end closings, and manage accounts payable and receivable activities, supporting clear, transparent financial reporting
• Partner with the engineering team on purchasing activities, including managing vendor relationships, price negotiations, and purchase orders to support our innovative technology
• Contribute to financial reporting for board meetings, investor relations, and funding initiatives
• Strategize on improving operational efficiency, identifying ways to streamline processes, reduce spend, and improve the scalability of our finance operations
