- 2+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
- Knowledge of ERP/Inventory Management Systems and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Understanding of forecasting models, demand planning, and cost optimisation
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-growth environments with a proactive problem-solving mindset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
What the job involves
- Untamed is seeking a data-driven and strategic Supply Chain Planner to support our Head of Supply Chain in optimizing inventory management, streamlining operations and ensuring seamless product availability
- Analyse historical data, subscription trends, and retail sales to forecast demand accurately
- Monitor stockouts, overstocking, and shelf-life risks to minimize waste and improve efficiency
- Work closely with key stakeholders to support the launch of new products
- Ensure the WMS is updated with incoming stock and accurate ETAs
- Complete weekly stock reconciliations between Shopify and Hive (WMS)
- Review purchase orders, invoices, and shipping documents (e.g., bills of lading, certificates of analysis, health certificates) to verify accuracy and compliance
- Monitor and resolve discrepancies in pricing, quantities, or product quality
- Work closely with suppliers and freight forwarders to prevent delays in transit or customs clearance
- Review and update the supplier payment schedule
- Collaborate with our third-party logistics (3PL) partner to ensure orders are delivered on-time in-full (OTIF)
- Improve warehouse operations by analysing fulfilment lead times, order accuracy, and shipping costs
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track key supply chain KPIs
- Generate monthly reports on inventory levels, costs and valuation

Unlike most industry leaders, Untamed allows cat owners to receive a personalised and tailor-made food plan with a science-based approach.
