What the job involves
- Our Finance Graduate Programme is your launchpad into a high-performance, high-growth global consumer business
- Over three transformative years, you’ll rotate annually across key finance functions, from FP&A and commercial finance to operations, new product development, and strategic planning, while working toward your CIMA qualification with full support
- We’re looking for people with an outrageously extraordinary mindset, ambitious graduates who see finance not just as a function, but as a force for driving smarter, faster, sharper business decisions
- Year 1 – Build the Foundation
- Start by developing a strong grounding in our core accounting and finance processes. You’ll gain hands-on experience in one key transactional area, while building exposure to others. This is where you’ll learn how the fundamentals of accounting support every aspect of our global business and set the stage for more analytical and commercial experiences ahead
- Year 2 – Expand Your Impact
- Broaden your perspective by stepping into commercial and operational finance. Partner with cross-functional teams across product, marketing, and supply chain to turn financial data into actionable insights. This is your opportunity to understand what it means to be a trusted business partner in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment
- Year 3 – Lead and Influence
- Take ownership of a high-impact project or rotation in areas such as strategic finance, transformation, or global operations. Work alongside senior leaders to shape the financial strategy behind SharkNinja’s next generation of category-defining products and initiatives

SharkNinja has been in operation since 1994, which is testament to the quality and popularity of its products. Since its initial launch in Canada, the company has expanded into the US and the UK. In 2017 SharkNinja was bought by CDH Private Equity for over $1.5 Billion, further proof of its impressive market value. Perhaps more evidence is that it brings in annual revenues of around $4B.
It continues to hold a strong position in the home appliance market too, competiting with big brands like Dyson. Its Shark line lead the US upright vacuum, segment, while its presence in robotics vacuums reflects steady growth in a compeititve space. Since going public, the company has m,aintained a rapid pace of innovation, launching numerous new products eacxh pear and expanding into adjecent categories such as outdoor coolers and grills.
