Role
Who you are
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in software development or end-to-end testing automation, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns
- Familiarity with testing web platforms, mobile applications, and APIs
- Experience with Jira, X-Ray and Git
- Familiarity with agile and Scrum methodologies
- Proficiency in using test automation tools like Cypress, Appium, Selenium, or Postman
- Understanding of healthcare regulatory requirements or experience in regulated environments (Pharma, Medical devices) is a plus
- Experience in performance/load test is a plus
- Certifications in software quality assurance, testing, or validation (e.g., ISTQB) are a plus
- Knowledge in software security is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Fluency in English is a must
What the job involves
- Design and implement a comprehensive and coherent automated test architecture
- Implement automated test suites for our web platform and mobile applications
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for test suites
- Document the validation processes as well as test protocols
- Execute protocol-based and exploratory test campaigns
- Mentor and coach QA engineers to help them improve their skills and knowledge
- Share knowledge and bring improvement proposals regarding validation activities and practices
