Who you are

Fluent German speaker – you will communicate directly with our German clients
Good command of English – for internal communication and collaboration
Experience in sales, account management, or upselling over the phone (B2B or B2C tele-sales)
A passion for helping businesses grow through digital solutions
Strong ability to build relationships and provide consultative sales advice
A customer-first mindset with the ability to identify and address their needs
Prior experience in a call center, sales, or upselling role is a plus but not a must
Strong work ethic, team spirit, and eagerness to learn and develop

What the job involves

We are looking for a motivated German Sales / Upselling Specialist to join our fun and energetic team in Amsterdam
In this role, you will focus on engaging with existing customers, identifying opportunities to strengthen their digital presence, and upselling additional services to maximize their online success
This position offers extensive training and development, ensuring you have the tools to succeed and grow within our company
Be part of a dynamic, young, and international team of professionals
Proactively connect with existing customers via outbound calls and email
Identify opportunities to improve and expand customers’ digital marketing strategies
Upsell additional services, such as SEO, digital advertising, and website enhancements, to strengthen clients’ online presence
Guide business owners through tailored digital solutions that align with their goals
Explain the value and benefits of our products through consultative selling
Strengthen customer relationships by ensuring long-term satisfaction and success
Manage your pipeline efficiently to meet and exceed sales targets

It caters to small, medium and large businesses, providing an end-to-end business solution for the likes of Wix, Telstra, IONOS, Orange, FCR Media and ItaliaOnline.

Spotzer's main growth areas have been the US, UK, Germany, France, Italy and Australia. It has capitalised on its momentum by releasing new products, such as its Social Essentials subscription service to allow its customers to drive engagement on social media. We expect it will continue to expand its evolving offerings in existing markets as well as grow its customer base further internationally.
