Implementation Manager, Uptick Software UK Ltd

• 2+ years of software implementation/onboarding experience
• Good proficiency in excel and working with data
• Highly organised with a strong attention to detail
• Strong communicator, comfortable working with and managing multiple client stakeholders at once

Desirable

• This role will assist clients with their onboarding - from sales handover, to data, to configuration and training
• Systematic thinking - ability to assess, suggest and implement improvements to consistently deliver the best customer outcomes
• Critical thinking and problem solving - to find solutions to challenges within the team and to offer support solutions to clients that will best-suit their needs
• Project management - Undertaking all necessary tasks from Sales handover to completed project, including handover to Customer Success
• Client relations/communication - establishing a partnership with clients, setting expectations and managing stakeholders
• System configuration - Hands-on configuration of client data to default or agreed scope
• Training - delivery of training services to clients, including office & technician sessions for different audiences
