Role
Who you are
- Numbers and outcome oriented mindset
- Have working experience with Financial reporting tools like Pigment, Adaptive, or Anaplan
- High attention to detail with a focus of understanding what is behind a number
- Seek out precision in models but know when to cut the significant digits
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a financial analyst, consulting or investment banking role
- Proven expertise with Excel/Sheets; Helpful to know SQL, Looker/BI data
- Ability to develop and manage financial models independently
- Ability to work effectively with all levels of an organization, from clerical staff to executives, and manage relationships with external parties
What the job involves
- Addepar is seeking a Financial Reporting Analyst to join our FP&A Team!
- You will build and own key reporting areas to help the company measure and guide improved business execution
- You will help build reports and models in Pigment
- Your reporting will help guide our partners across the business to achieve company goals
- Responsible for supporting the close process and related reporting, including, but not limited to prepaid analysis and vendor cost reviews
- Design, automate, and optimize flexible financial planning models, systems & processes to meet the needs of a dynamic and fast-growing business
- Build dashboards and variance / operational reviews
- Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making and optimize ROI
