Who you are
- Excellent spoken and written English and Italian (both!) are essential
- 1 year of SDR experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a dynamic telephone presence
- A genuine passion for web-based solutions and the ability to convey that enthusiasm to potential customers
- Desire to learn and adapt in a fast-paced digital environment

What the job involves
- We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team
- As an SDR at Lodgify, you will play a vital role in generating and qualifying leads, as well as prequalifying inbound prospects to drive our sales efforts
- Prequalify inbound leads generated by Lodgify’s marketing efforts through telephone, chat, or email
- Communicate the value and benefits of Lodgify to potential customers, tailoring your approach to meet their specific needs
- Handle chats and incoming calls from prospective customers, effectively identifying their needs and positioning Lodgify as the ideal solution
- Generate, qualify, and review new leads, ensuring a consistent flow of potential customers
- Work closely with the Sales team to pass on qualified leads, enabling them to close deals efficiently
- Use our CRM system (HubSpot) to manage interactions, record activity, and keep contact records updated with precision
