Full Stack Engineer, DoraHacks

• Deep Understanding in Computer Engineering or related fields
• 3+ years of experience in full-stack - frontend and backend software engineering
• Hands-on experience with Llama or other transformer-based models
• Strong proficiency in backend technologies
• Familiarity with frontend frameworks such as React
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for AI model deployment
• Skilled in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines
• Deep understanding of blockchain technology and reasonable understanding of cryptography

• We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer with strong backend and frontend development skills
• You’ll be building scalable applications, APIs and developer tools that integrate cryptographic governance protocols with AI-driven enhancements
• This role blends full stack engineering with cryptographic protocols — helping Dora Factory push the boundaries of decentralized governance
• Design, build and maintain full-stack applications and backend services powering Dorahacks’ governance products
• Build Web3-less integrations with blockchain protocols, wallets, and identity systems
• Deploy and optimize transformer-based models (e.g., Llama or similar) to support novel governance use cases
• Ensure scalability, performance and security of AI-driven features in production
• Collaborate with protocol engineers, cryptographers and product teams to deliver user-centric, AI-enabled governance tools
• Write clean, testable and well-documented code, as well as contribute to open-source and product repositories
• Use applied AI technologies to improve governance workflows
