Role
Who you are
- Experience: 1-2 years in sales or customer-facing roles (preferably SAAS)
- Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills
- Attitude: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable with a positive attitude
- Tools: Familiarity with CRM systems and sales engagement tools. (Salesforce, LinkedinSales Navigator)
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about the company’s products, services, and target market
- Speaks Native Spanish and English at Professional proficiency
- You must be located in one of the following areas (Berlin, Germany; Madrid, Spain; Barcelona, Spain ) *This position is Hybrid. You will need to go into the office occasionally
What the job involves
- The SDR is responsible for prospecting new business opportunities, qualifying inbound leads, and generating outbound leads to feed into the sales pipeline
- This role plays a crucial part in building relationships with potential clients and driving revenue growth by identifying and qualifying sales opportunities
- Qualify inbound leads and generate outbound leads through cold calls, emails, and social outreach
- Schedule product demos or discovery calls for Account Executives
- Manage and update CRM data (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track leads, contacts, and activities
- Work closely with the sales team to strategize on lead generation initiatives
