Who you are
- Technical expertise in software development, cloud platforms, and DevOps tools and technologies
- Strong knowledge of programming languages and scripting languages such as Python and Groovy
- Familiarity with DevOps tools and technologies, such as Jenkins, Docker
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and services, as well as experience in managing cloud-based infrastructure such as AWS and Azure
- Familiarity with security best practices and the ability to implement security measures in the software development lifecycle
- A deep understanding of agile methodologies and principles
- A commitment to continuous learning and staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams

What the job involves
- Loopio is looking for a passionate and endlessly curious DevOps Engineer to join one of our growing teams
- You will collaborate with developers and platform teams to manage code deployments, merging the barriers between software development, quality assurance, and operations while keeping an eye on swift deliveries and deployment
- Collaborating with development and operations teams to identify and address bottlenecks in the software development lifecycle
- Designing and implementing automation tools and frameworks for continuous integration, delivery, and deployment
- Monitoring and managing infrastructure and pipeline statuses, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to application development, deployment, and operations
- Implementing and maintaining version control systems, configuration management tools, and other DevOps-related technologies
- Continuously improving processes and tools to enhance efficiency and productivity

Targeted to businesses, Loopio’s platform streamlines responses to RFPs, requests for information, and due diligence questionnaires, helping firms to improve sales efficiency and unlock growth opportunities.
The company currently has over 1,000 clients, including DocuSign, PayPal, and American Express. Loopio expects its client base to continue growing, bolstered by a 2023 independent study that shows that clients of the company can experience a three-year return on investment alongside almost $6 million in business benefits.
Loopio has used 2021 funding to accelerate product development, customer acquisition, and expanding its employee base through hiring sales and customer experience teams in the areas surrounding its Toronto headquarters, and other North American regions. Due to this expansion and to maintain streamlined business processes, it partnered with Door, a digital due diligence platform for asset management and research teams. This partnership exemplifies a mature caution in Loopio's expansion aims, helping them to keep in control of their growing business.
